We are excited to introduce our new Rutter Support Matrix PDF. This was created to standardize and simplify our Support offerings to our customers. This document describes all of Rutter's support offerings including documentation/onboard packaging, remote access, technical phone support, support portal access, emergency onsite support, assigned support engineering team, configuration assistance and technical account manager support, along with optional add-on features. Our coverage is classified into three categories: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
