Basic business phone service includes comprehensive technical support during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. For our enterprise clients with highly critical business applications or networks, Rutter offers advanced business phone support with around-the-clock technical support, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

On-Site IT Support and Emergency Consulting

Rutter offers emergency on-site engineering service during critical outages or business-down situations. Our Service Level Agreements can ensure a specific response time for on-site assistance during normal and non-business hours. Our pre-scheduled on-site support for updates and check-ups includes multiple variations on weekly, monthly or quarterly intervals. Computer Hardware Support and IT Maintenance

Computer hardware break-fix services are available on all server-side and network equipment with a guaranteed response time. Rutter's IT maintenance and computer hardware support can include IT troubleshooting, hardware repair and hard drive restore or rebuild services. Various hardware support and maintenance agreements are defined when this service is purchased.

Managed WAN Services and Remote Network Management

Rutter provides on-site or remote network management and troubleshooting and support for WAN connectivity issues, as well as real-time monitoring and alerts. Rutter’s remote network support service lets our engineers access your network and assist with time-sensitive troubleshooting immediately. We support customers with various technologies, multiple geographic sites using wide area architecture, and various applications.

Staff Augmentation and Technology Training
