Sr. Network Services Engineer
As the Sr. Network Services Engineer your day-to-day responsibilities will require you to provide support,
implementation and design services on our customers' network. You will additionally be required to provide
pre-sales engineering support on select sales engagements. This position will require travel in New England,
with most of the travel being concentrated in the Greater Boston area though nation-wide travel is not out of
the question.
Requirements:
MCSE 2000/ 2003; a minimum of 5 years of experience in mission critical environments
supporting NT with a thorough understanding of Windows NT Administration, it's security
model and Windows NT connectivity. As a senior SE in the Windows 2000 discipline it is
expected that your have attained "expert" level and have moved beyond the mastery of
administrative tasks and possess an intimate familiarity with the Windows 2000 platform
that would enable you to complete active directory design/ migrations and implementations.
Good understanding of network connectivity (e.g. routing, switching and addressing) is expected, and previous exposure to interoperability issues and network management systems further desired. Exposure to the NetIQ product suite is considered an additional plus.
Must have the ability to articulate technical tasks and assumptions in both written and verbal form and must also have the ability to lend a technical perspective to our customers in a professional manner.

Solutions Engineer (Mid-Level)
Routing, Switching&Security
As a Solutions Engineer focused on routing/ switching, your day-to-day responsibilities will
require you to provide support, implementation and basic design services on our customers'
network. This position will require travel, with most of the travel being concentrated in
the New England area.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mission critical environments supporting elements
of a switched and routed infrastructure is desired preferably in a consulting environment. A
strong foundation in network connectivity is preferred, (e.g. switching, addressing and routing),
as well as a foundation in network management. Strong trouble-shooting skills coupled with
knowledge of the workings of TCP/ IP, name-resolution and perimeter security would further
complement the skills of the ideal candidate.
Candidates should have the ability to articulate technical tasks and assumptions in both written and verbal form and must also have the ability to lend a technical perspective to our customers in a professional manner.
CCNA certification or equivalent with the desire to excel and some time spent on the CCNP track is additionally desired. Experience with different vendor platforms such as Cisco, Enterasys, F5, and Checkpoint and/ or certification is also favorable considered.
