David Pearce
Partner, Senior Consultant
Mr. Pearce is one of the founding partners
of Rutter and has been with the company since its
inception. His primary responsibilities involve
the day to day operations of the company including
the Support Services Division. In addition, he
also provides technical consulting to customers
in the technology areas of Security, Active Directory,
Business Continuity, and Operational Management
and Monitoring. He has been in the consulting/IT
industry since 1988 and maintains multiple technology
certifications. He holds a BS in Business Administration
from the Boston University School of Management.
Wendell Richardson
Partner, Senior Consultant
Mr. Richardson is one of the founding
partners of Rutter and has been with the company
since its inception. His primary responsibilities
include the management of the company's engineers/
consultants and daily coordination of the Project
Services Division. He has over 15 years of experience
in the IT consulting industry and has been the
lead consultant on numerous successful projects
comprising numerous technologies. He currently
provides consulting services in the areas of routing,
switching and security; holds several technical
certifications and is an engineering graduate
from Northeastern University.
Stephen Brown
Partner, Senior Consultant
Mr. Brown is one of the founding partners of Rutter and has been
with the company since its inception. His responsibilities include lead
technical consulting to customers in the areas of design, installation and
support of Perimeter Security systems, Infrastructure Hardware, Intrusion
Detection Systems and VPN's. Steve's primary responsibilities also involve
the day to day operations of the company including corporate finances. He
has been in the consulting/IT industry since 1990 and maintains multiple
technology certifications. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from
University of Massachusetts - Lowell.
Drew Koellmer
Director, Sales & Marketing
Mr. Koellmer has Business Development, Marketing and
Sales responsibilities for Rutter. In addition, Drew has responsibilities
for strategic business alliance, corporate sales advancement and project
& support development across all of Rutter's core competencies and solution
offerings. Drew has an extensive background in technical solution sales
and project scope development for enterprise IT organizations. He holds
a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire -
Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
